Where is LeBlanc Venue located?
We are located in the heart of Ybor City at 1517 E 9th Ave, Tampa, FL 33605.
What are your rental hours?
Our venue is available Monday through Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
Do I have to pay a deposit or is the total due at booking?
To secure your date, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.
Is parking available?
Yes. There are several metered and pay-to-park lots nearby. Ask us about valet service options.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes! We are an open vendor venue — you’re welcome to bring in your own food and drinks. All vendors must be licensed and insured.
Does LeBlanc provide catering or bar services?
We do not offer in-house catering, desserts, or bartending, but we have a list of preferred vendors we trust and recommend.
Can we bring and serve our own liquor?
Yes. However, any alcohol served must be handled by a licensed and insured bartender.
What is your vendor and insurance policy?
All vendors working at LeBlanc Venue must be licensed and insured. This ensures a smooth and professional experience for your event.
Are tables and chairs included?
Yes! We provide:
• 80 ghost chairs
• 10 round tables (60”)
• 2 rectangular tables (8 ft)
Is there a refrigerator available?
Yes, our kitchenette prep area includes a commercial-size refrigerator.
Is music or sound equipment included?
Yes. We provide 2 Bluetooth speakers with your rental. You’re welcome to bring in a DJ or live entertainment as well.
Do you offer event styling and decor services?
Yes! We specialize in luxury event styling. Let our team elevate your celebration with curated design.
Can we have a bounce house or soft play inside the venue?
Absolutely! Bounce houses and soft play are great additions for children’s parties.
